Senior Public Involvement Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, talented individual to join our team. As an X-Factor Senior Public Involvement Manager, you will help to execute successful public involvement activities for our clients on a wide variety of large-scale public infrastructure projects. Competitive candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and will be adept at fostering interpersonal relationships. Must be a self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive public involvement and community engagement strategies for projects and
initiatives

• Lead a team of PI professionals, including training and employee professional development

• Serve as the primary point of contact for community stakeholders, ensuring their voices are heard and considered
throughout project lifecycles

• Plan and facilitate public meetings, workshops, and events to gather feedback, disseminate information, and build
relationships

• Create and distribute communications materials such as newsletters, press releases, and social media content to keep
stakeholders informed and engaged

• Conduct outreach activities to reach diverse populations and underrepresented communities, ensuring inclusivity in all
engagement efforts

• Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams, government entities, community organizations and other stakeholders to
integrate public input into decision-making processes
